Field Sales Executives

Job Description

Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you enjoy meeting new people, pitching innovative digital solutions, and building strong client relationships this is the role for you. You’ll be selling affordable digital services such as websites, eCommerce solutions, SEO, online marketing, app/software development, and more to local businesses and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and approach local business owners and SMEs who can benefit from our digital services
  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and local networking activities
  • Conduct a minimum of 5 client meetings per day
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions from our portfolio of 20+ services
  • Educate prospects on the value of having a strong digital presence and a professional website
  • Deliver compelling product pitches, demos, and presentations to drive conversions
  • Share customized quotations and explain service packages clearly
  • Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales successfully
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients in coordination with internal teams
  • Build long-term relationships for future upselling, cross-selling, and referrals
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and pipeline in Zoho Bigin
  • Submit weekly performance reports and insights to the management team
  • Gather client feedback and share market trends to help improve offerings
  • Address basic client queries or route them to the appropriate support team

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of IT field sales  experience (preferably in digital services or B2B sales)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets and ability to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable with daily field visits and client interactions
  • Basic understanding of websites, SEO, digital marketing, or app/software services
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Must own a smartphone and have reliable transport
