Telesales / Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated Telesales / Inside Sales Executive to drive new business by engaging prospective clients via phone or virtual calls, understanding their needs, promoting our digital services, and closing sales or setting qualified leads. As the voice of our company, you will guide businesses toward the right digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients (business owners, SMEs), following up on referrals, marketing leads, or cold-calling lists.

  • Present and pitch our service offerings (website design, eCommerce, SEO, app development, digital marketing, etc.), articulating how they address specific business challenges.

  • Qualify leads by assessing their current digital presence, pain points, budget, and decision-making process.

  • Collaborate with prospects to recommend a tailored mix of services and send customized proposals/quotations.

  • Follow up persistently yet professionally to address objections, negotiate terms, and close sales or arrange in-person meetings/demos as needed.

  • Maintain and update records of calls, leads, and progress in CRM (or equivalent), track pipeline, and forecast sales.

  • Work with delivery, technical, and creative teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.

  • Upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients when appropriate.

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs (e.g., number of calls, demos, conversion rate, revenue).

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in telesales/inside sales, preferably with exposure to selling digital services (websites, SEO, digital marketing, etc.).

  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and local languages.

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Solid understanding of digital services (e.g., websites, SEO, digital marketing, apps) to effectively communicate value to clients.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email communication, and social media platforms (e.g., Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter) for lead generation and client engagement.

  • Comfortable working with targets and metrics; resilient in handling rejection while maintaining persistence.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Familiarity with CRM software, Google Sheets, or similar tools.

  • Reliable phone and internet setup; ability to work remotely or in-office (depending on setup).
